Watch ScheduleInsight analyse a real P6 programme

Recordings use an earlier navigation layout: Analytics is now Overview and Quality. Short, practical walkthroughs of the main features — recorded on a live 188-activity Primavera P6 schedule. No slides, no sales pitch: just the actual interface. Drop an XER and watch what it finds.

Full tour — drop a P6 XER, get every report

Four minutes, one XER file, entirely in the browser: the one-page overview, a real Gantt with baseline overlay and longest path, the time-scaled logic diagram and activity network, the 18-check quality score with editable thresholds, earned schedule, Monte Carlo risk, baseline comparison and the report builder.

The Time-Scaled Logic Diagram, in the browser

P6 Visualizer's signature view, with no Primavera licence: the critical path condensed onto one band — multiple activities per row, logic drawn inline — plus near-critical bands and a baseline-compare overlay that flags the newly-critical chain. Read the driving path in one line instead of scrolling a thousand Gantt rows.

The instant health verdict

Risk · QSRA2:07

Monte Carlo risk, in the browser

A full quantitative schedule risk analysis with no specialist software — thousands of simulations producing P50, P80 and P90 completion dates, plus a criticality ranking that names the activities actually driving the risk.

Schedule drift across revisions

Load three or more revisions and every quality metric becomes a trend. The quality score over time, the completion-date trend, and a cumulative delay waterfall showing exactly what was added and recovered.
